Thank you for your purchase at eripom. As all our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eeripomm@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will do our best to find a solution.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.
